Refund policy
Everything in this shop is either a digital licence (cheat builds, firmware) or
physical DMA hardware. Digital keys are delivered immediately after checkout and
are tied to your order, which is why the rules below differ from a normal
webshop.
If something does not work, talk to us before anything else. Most cases are
solved in a few minutes, and the ones that are not are covered further down.
### 1. When you get your money back
**If the product still does not run on your machine after you have been through
support, you get a refund.**
That is the core of this policy. The process is:
1. Open a ticket on our Discord or write to us through the contact form. Include
your order number.
2. We work through it with you: setup, compatibility, known issues after a game
update, and a replacement key or a different build where that helps.
3. If after that the product still cannot be used on your system, we refund the
order.
This applies regardless of whose mistake it was. You do not have to prove that
the fault is on our side.
Requests have to reach us within **14 days** of the purchase.
### 2. When we do not refund
- **Bans and suspensions.** Every build has protection that blocks use while it
is updating or while a detection is being worked on. Manual bans by a game or
by a report from another player remain possible with any software of this kind.
A ban is not a defect, and the key is activated at that point.
- **Problems that sit on your side.** An antivirus or another program blocking
the tool, a system that is already infected, broken hardware, or a machine that
does not meet the requirements stated on the product page.
- **Change of mind after activation.** Once a key has been activated, the licence
is used.
- **Sharing or reselling.** See the Terms of service. A key that was passed on is
not refundable.
### 3. Hardware
DMA hardware is covered separately from digital licences.
- Arrives damaged or dead: tell us within **14 days** of delivery, with photos
or a short video. We replace the item or refund it.
- Returns of undamaged hardware are possible within **14 days** of delivery if
the item is complete and in resellable condition. Return shipping is on the
buyer.
- Firmware that was flashed to your card is a digital product and follows
section 1.
### 4. How to reach us
Open a ticket on [Discord](https://discord.gg/tkzzt) or use the
[contact form](/pages/contact). Always include your order number, otherwise our
first reply is us asking for it. We answer in the order tickets come in, usually
within **24 hours**.
### 5. What you confirm at checkout
Before checkout you tick a box that says you want access straight away and that
your right of withdrawal ends as soon as a key is activated or a download starts.
That confirmation is stored with your order.
This is what makes the difference between "the product does not work" and "I
changed my mind after using it". The first is covered by section 1. The second is
not.
### 6. Statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have by law in your country. Where local
consumer law gives you a stronger claim than this policy, that law applies.
