Privacy policy

What we store when you buy something, who else sees it, and how to get it removed.

This page covers the shop you are reading it on. It is written to be read rather than to be complete in the legal sense, so nothing here is hidden behind a clause you would have to look up.

Who is responsible

This shop is run by Tkzzt Services. Reach us through our Discord for anything on this page.

The store itself runs on SellAuth, which hosts the site and processes orders on our behalf.

What we collect

Only what an order needs, and only for as long as the order needs it.

Your email address. Where the product and the invoice are sent.
Order data. What you bought, when, for how much, and the licence or serial issued for it.
Payment confirmation. Whether a payment cleared, and the reference the provider gives it. Card numbers never reach us.
Your Discord account, if you open a ticket or link it for a role.
Technical data. IP address, browser and the pages you opened, recorded by the platform to keep the shop working and to catch fraud.

We do not ask for your name, your address or your date of birth unless a payment method or an invoice obligation forces it.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you paid for and to prove that we did.
To answer support tickets, which needs your order to be findable.
To meet bookkeeping and tax obligations on invoices.
To block fraud and chargeback abuse.

We do not sell data, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

Who else sees it

Only the parties an order cannot work without.

SellAuth, the platform this shop runs on: hosting, order processing and delivery.
Payment providers. Whichever one you pick at checkout gets what it needs to take the payment. They handle your payment details directly; we only see whether it worked.
Discord, if you contact us there or link your account for a role.
Email delivery, to get your order and invoice to your inbox.

Nobody else. No advertising networks, no data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires us to keep them, and are deleted afterwards. Support tickets are kept while they are open and for a short period after, so a follow-up still has context.

Anything not tied to an order or a legal obligation is deleted when you ask us to.

Cookies

The shop sets the cookies it needs to work: your session, your cart, your language and your light or dark setting. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Records we are legally required to keep are the one exception, and we will say so if that applies.

Ask through Discord. Include your order number, otherwise we cannot match the request to an account.
